Refunds
All outlet items are non-refundable.
All aesthetic orders are non-refundable once dispatched so please ensure the items you have chosen are the ones you want - as there are NO refunds accepted under any circumstance.
Returns and exchanges are not supported on apparel if you order the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind. So please ensure that you order the correct measurements and are sure you want the product
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, you can get a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@aestheticsstock.com
Gift cards/sale items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on gift cards and gift items.
Shipping
Shipping costs are refundable on faulty or damaged items only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customs import duty & taxes
For international orders please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times or destroying of packages by customs.
Please ensure you are aware of the laws of your country and local policy when making your order of products to ensure it can be imported into your shipping country.
Our prices on our online store, do not include relevant overseas duties & other custom charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country.
These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s custom charges prior to placing the order.
We are not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties & tax. Please keep an eye out for your shipment when tracking number is provided to avoid delays.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees then as previously mentioned there are NO refunds accepted under any circumstance. This is non-negotiable.
