Shipping policy

Please ensure you complete your shipping information correctly, we are not responsible for any failure to deliver your parcel as a result of incomplete/incorrect shipping details that you have provided and you will NOT be refunded for this.

We use Royal Mail/Fedex/UPS to deliver parcels.

We dispatch items from Monday to Friday. 

Customer orders that are not on pre-order, are dispatched within 1-2 working days when we are open for shipping. 

The time of delivery starts from once the item has been dispatched not at the time the order is made.

All items within the UK usually take 1-3 working days to arrive depending on shipping option chosen.

If you have selected Royal Mail special delivery by 1pm, any orders made by 9am will be dispatched on the same day any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

We are no longer responsible for your items once your products are posted - if there are any issues a claim can be arranged for a resolution. We will endeavour to assist you as much as possible if any shipping issues arise.

In the event that your parcel appears to be lost in transit, we will investigate this which can take 2-3 working days. If the shipping company is at fault then you will be issued with a refund within 10 working days following the shipping company’s investigation outcome.

All pre-order items will be sent out as soon as stock is received.

If we are closed for shipping it will be stated on the announcement area of the website at the top of the page and via email to our subscribers. 

International shipping

We currently ship internationally to USA and EU (excluding Spain and Italy).  We aim to ship your order within 2-3 working days to which they can take up to 5 working days to arrive once shipped.

All pre-ordered items are shipped within 2-3 working days and once shipped may take up to 5 working days to arrive.
